Personal training is ideally suited to the individual with a very busy schedule who wants high impact results from their training sessions.

Our training programs are centered on using full body movements under heavy to moderate loads, in low to moderate repetitions. This method has proven itself time and time again for its efficient use of time, pronounced strength increases, development of lean muscle, optimizing mobility and producing power and speed.

Our personal training sessions are conducted in a private studio, free from distraction in an attractive, peaceful setting.
